Line suitable for laminated biscuit and cracker production. The partially kneaded dough is brought to the desired thickness, the products are therefore obtained in the size and shape requested. Prior to their deposit on the tray, they are humidified and sprinkled with granulated products, such as sesame, salt, etc.

GALLETAS LINE

Automatic line which allows for the kneading of leavened pastries, shortcut pastries and puff pastries. Possibility of setting up the line with numerous devices and optional accessories to satisfy a large variety of production needs.

Line for the superficial soaking of the product and the deposit of fine granulated products.
